If you have to choose one episode of the new series of Full Swing to watch, make it ep.6 on Gary Woodland & Justin Rose. Unsurprisingly very emotional stuff on the former with his health, but the way they follow the journey of Rose from Open final qualifying to contending on Sunday is great.

We're onto episode 8 of Sliced and still no smooth intros... Once that's done @bencoleygolf.bsky.social and @samgolf.bsky.social talk: Five-star ratings (plural), one-star rating (singular) Potgieter beaten in play-off PIF-PGA: No news is bad news Durban notes and more

Episode 7 of Sliced is out now: Ludvig makes it look oh so simple Rory and Tiger on something more complicated Has Robopz revealed the only cure for slow play? And who wins Highest Bidder: @bencoleygolf.bsky.social or @samgolf.bsky.social? Listen here: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpo...

In this week's episode of Sliced, we're joined by our very first guest - recent Bahrain winner, Laurie Canter. Find out what changed for him in 2020, his thoughts on LIV and the state of the game, and hear about his experience of the Team Cup. Listen here: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpo...

Really intrigued to see where Detry goes from here. Clearly has the game to win plenty more. Do the floodgates open now he’s finally got over the line?

Phoenix is superbly poised at the halfway stage. Detry at the top looking for his long-awaited first win, Spieth in the mix in his second start post-surgery, Berger on the comeback trail and leading the field tee-to-green, Scheffler lurking ominously. Lots of possible outcomes.

Episode 5 could've been titled 'technical woe, Mark Morrison and too many megabytes', but instead it's about Rory McIlroy, Laurie Canter, a few other things, and Highest Bidder. Listen and subscribe: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpo...

I’m very much looking forward to seeing Spieth back in action this week. Here’s hoping his injury problems are firmly a thing of the past and he can get back to the sort of form we know he’s capable of.

Episode 4 is now live via Spotify, iTunes and most podcast providers... ‣ Wins for Del Rey and English ‣ A DM from Mr Player ‣ Woods vs McIlroy ‣ Spieth & Scheffler return ‣ Highest Bidder controversy Listen here: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpodcast

Looks fantastic! Also…cool place to get a hole-in-one. 😀 If anyone else is looking for a memento for their own golfing achievement (ace, eagle, tournament win etc.) shoot me a DM.

Episode 3: Tyrrell Hatton, slow play, Austrian double, and a Ryder Cup-themed Highest Bidder which you can pause and play yourself. While you're listening, please give us a rating on whatever platform you use: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpodcast

Feel like I need to stay up and watch a TGL match live to get the full experience. The combination of the Tiger factor, my adopted team of LAGC being in action, and a slightly earlier start time (midnight UK) have drawn me in for tonight.

Episode two of Sliced is out wherever you get your podcasts. Please remember to like, subscribe, rate and review. Ratings are our best hope of keeping this gig going for as long as we'd both like to. Thanks, courtesy of @bencoleygolf.bsky.social and @samgolf.bsky.social.

It sounds like Gary Woodland has had a pretty tough time of things since returning to action after brain surgery, so it’s great to read how good he feels about his game going into 2025.

TGL gets underway tonight, and there may already be a rivalry emerging in the Sliced camp(!) Listen to the full episode: linktr.ee/slicedgolfpo...

Please join @bencoleygolf.bsky.social and I as we talk about Hideki’s Sentry win, the Team Cup, TGL, our wishes for 2025, and more topical golf stuff! 👇

Just over 24 hours until we hit record on the first ever episode of Sliced. Thanks for following along!

What are people’s thoughts on the proposal for the Tour Championship to move to a matchplay format? Adam Scott isn’t sold on it. I very much am.

Ok, so it turns out I’ll be ticking one of these off shortly(!) Myself and @bencoleygolf.bsky.social are launching the Sliced Podcast on Monday (6th Jan) 😀 Please give us a follow: @slicedpod.bsky.social

Two years on I’m finally giving my hole-in-one ball the proper home it deserves! Excited to be working with the guys who make these. Get in touch if you’re interested in getting one of your own. 😊

Singing with my boys The Buzztones again this evening! Can’t wait to bring this one out for the first time in a few years 😊

My wife and I cherish our annual tradition of watching Home Alone with our kids. We feel it's important to remind them not to trust us.

Anyone ever realise they’ve been getting a word wrong their entire lives? Just found out the word is “remunerate” not “renumerate”

Thought I’d look up how last year’s crop of PGA Tour Q-School graduates fared, and it was a rough season all told. Final FedExCup standings: Springer 127 Crowe 148 Endycott 201 (out since July) Hale 202 Pereda 218 Shows how hard it is to keep a card once you’ve earned one.

Interesting news no doubt, but it raises so many questions about how things are going to shake out in practical terms. i.e. who can play where, and when, and who makes way?

A new song guaranteed to brighten up your Monday 😊

Scheffler putting inside 10 feet this season: 139th on tour. At the Hero World Challenge: 1st The claw grip could make him an even more dangerous prospect for 2025.

Not exactly a hot take, but can see JT having a big 2025. Game looking much sharper in his last few starts, throw in the nappy factor too, and I’d be amazed if we don’t see him win again.

Wild how everyone fell for the same rumour two years in a row! Ashamed to say they even had me convinced this time.

Genuinely intrigued as to the popularity of padel lately. I see it as a game that’s a good option when you’re older and don’t have the mobility/power for tennis (a la pickleball), but at my tennis club it seems to be the younger demographic playing padel and the older ones playing tennis?!

Said this before, but I love the way DPWT Q-school leads straight into the season. Makes it possible for someone like Ryggs Johnston to go from being essentially an unknown in the professional game to winning a national open in the space of a few weeks. Great stuff.

I’m getting the vibe that someone, in recent times, didn’t mind the gap

Decided to put together a little festive tune recapping some current topics in pro golf! 🎄

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends stateside. I won’t interrupt your celebrations right now, but I have a little festive tune to share tomorrow! 🎅
