Went to the gym for back day and cardio! I have chemo on Wednesday and radiation on Thursday and Friday. The chemo is weekly and the radiation is going to be daily from there on out for 30 days. I’ll need to see how it affects me before working out again. Guess we’ll see.

Went to the gym for arm & shoulder day and cardio and I’m finally back on the stair master! Albeit, at a slower speed than I used to do. Slowly getting back to it, but the chemo and radiation starts next week and that might set me back a bit again.

Went to the gym for back day and cardio! Turns out my appointment today wasn’t for the actual radiation treatment. Just going over the plan and getting a CT scan to map out the area. I’ll be getting 30 daily (weekday only) treatments starting 4/10.

Been a little hesitant to post my surgical scars, but they’ve healed up pretty well at this point. There was nothing too invasive. Just some small openings for the camera, robot arms, two tubes, and the one big one for taking out what they cut off. ❤️
