I got low carb bagels from Walmart. Each bagel has 29 grams of fiber so that's a pass. That would kill my gut and probably have me in the hospital. Fiber oddly tends to have the complete opposite effect on my body.

Gotta take the cat to the vet today for itching (again). Reluctant to even use this vet, but in my small town, it's the inexpensive vet or the over my budget vet. It's shit to have to choose inexpensive when I'm not sure I think the service is any good at all based on a different cat.

When it's 80 degrees on October 21st in Ohio, you can darn well bet I'm taking the new e-bike for a long run. Did my first grocery outing today. Milk crate on back rack, insulated bag for goodies. Could I have gotten Walmart+ delivery? Sure, but why miss out on a gorgeous fall day, plus exercise!
