America, you f**ked up! She warned us. She had a plan that would have benefited everyday Americans. But too many ignored her—because it was never really about the economy. Now folks are scared, struggling—and we’re cooked.

Three minutes from me on why the Trump tariff “Brexit dividend” idea is the weirdest take of the year. www.youtube.com/watch?v=c98A...

After getting some rest, I am in awe of everyone who continues to lift their voice and speak out. This is a moment for our country, and we must make a choice about the America we want to be.

It’s well known that I was on The Apprentice. We were all covered by NDAs at the time, but mine has now expired. And do I ever have some tea to spill. I’ll post it later today after consulting once again with my attorneys.

Yay!!! A federal appeals panel denied the Trump administration’s request for a pause in the rehiring of probationary workers who were fired illegally.

“The first people a dictator puts in jail after a coup are the writers, the teachers, the librarians —because these people are dangerous. They have enough vocabulary to recognize injustice and to speak out loudly about it. Let us have the courage to go on being dangerous people.” —Madeleine L’Engle

Immigrants allegedly getting disappeared by Trump based on accusations that they are gang members without any due process, under an act that hadn’t been used since Japanese internment camps. 👇🏽🧵 This is what @RepTimBurchett is blindly defending. x.com/l_toczylowsk...

So a no duh, but deserves a comment. IRS employees are the people who fund the GOV, by collecting your tax dollars. Money collected that funds Social Security Medicare Medicaid Defense Foreign Policy (State USAID) Veterans Administration and Healthcare You fire us, the gov doesn't work.

😕💰

I’m so tired of hearing Rubio & other rightwingers now claiming that if you’re on a green card you’re a ‘guest’ in this country. BS. You’re a lawful permanent resident. The clue is in the name. If someone is a permanent resident in your home, are they the same as the guests who come and go? Come on.

Off to the white house to do a little mango peeling?

I strongly suspect this recent piece from Prof. David Knoll is about to be come extremely relevant and widely read. "Even a rogue marshal’s service, in other words, is not an insurmountable obstacle to courts enforcing the rule of law. If courts have the courage, the legal tools are there."

A federal court’s jurisdiction does *not* stop at the water’s edge. The question is whether the *defendants* are subject to the court order, not *where* the conduct being challenged takes place. Were it otherwise, the government could act lawlessly overseas and courts would be powerless to stop it.

This is blatant defiance of the court order. It was NOT too late. When the judge issued is order, two planes were in the air, and a third took off from Texas AFTER the order.

America hasn’t felt this upside down since I was a child in an internment camp.

Meanwhile over on the other place, rightwing free speech warriors (this guy is a former DeSantis campaign staffer) are calling for me to be denaturalized and deported because they don’t like my political speech. This is what fascism and racism looks like, folks.

Obviously they're not for gop voters

A thousand times this.

Surprised to see so many headlines from news outlets suggesting Putin has agreed to a ceasefire. He’s done no such thing. He’s basically said he would do in theory, providing his conditions are met, on his terms. Which is just a variation on what he’s always said.

A federal judge ordered six federal agencies to rehire thousands of probationary workers fired under Musk’s government-cutting initiative. Judge William J. Alsup ruled the firings unlawful, carried out unilaterally by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Good morning ppl! Want to get Doge out of our Government? Where Tesla goes, Doge goes. There has never been a better day to flip off a Tesla when you see one. Drop your pics below of you doing this!

I always assumed I'd be a Buttigieg supporter post Biden, but then Harris introduced us to Walz and after learning more about him, if he runs... I'm in. I really like the E-8/E-9 rank aspect of his career. He wasn't given a commission, he became a leader by rising up. Respectable.

The GOP has been told not to host in-person town halls—what are they so afraid of? Hearing from their own constituents? Meanwhile, leaders like Tim Walz are stepping up. He’s hosting a town hall in Iowa, not even in his own district, making sure Americans’ voices are heard.

Voters wanted cheaper eggs and cheaper housing. Instead, Trump is giving them increased asthma and cancer risks. When will people learn that Republicans do not care about them? We can't wait until campaign season to remind them. Start the work now.
