What is weird is the older I get, the more Superman's origin story wherever everybody ignores the scientist telling them their planet will blow up makes sense to me and at the same time, the more I don't think Luthor is that bad for a billionaire.

I finished this scrappy lap quilt top and I'm so in love with it (it was going to be the back, but I like it so much I've decided it's the top)! I'll add a bit of "padding" around the edges of the backing to be sure that it is big enough, then on to the quilting! Top is L, back is R.

I went through a Dresden plate phase. It was fun! That’s what I love best about sewing/quilting/fiber arts; there is always something more to try. I came to it in my early 40’s and am 60 now so it still feels like an adventure. #quiltsky
