Rümeysa Öztürk and Mahmoud Khalil are political prisoners being subjected to medical neglect, sleep deprivation, and inadequate meals. This is chilling, harrowing, and Donald Trump’s cruelty is the point. We visited them to shine a light on these violations of their rights.
