So a DOJ lawyer in the Trump administration has to do what they are told or be fired. But the DOJ lawyers in the Biden administration who handled the J6 cases — and did what THEY were told — committed a fireable offense. Got it.

It’s important to know that a lot of productive activity is happening in person and offline, too. Not all of it can be broadcast online, but we’ve had hundreds of people showing up to our trainings, mobilizations, and more. Keep going. Tyranny is eroded by a sea of small acts. Everything matters.

Info is impt. But I hope that big firms — with billions of revenue — will also offer pro bono assistance challenges to EOs that violate the law. Tracking the loss of separation of powers isn’t going to stop it.
