De Raad van State maakt gehakt van de wetsvoorstellen asiel van minister Faber. Het valt mij op dat dat negatieve advies maar voor een klein deel gaat over juridische houdbaarheid, en vooral over doelmatigheid en uitvoerbaarheid.
