This is the kind of thing that should happen at private companies, not within the federal government. This isn’t the same as shadow IT. This is many federal employees deciding to use an unapproved app while ignoring the potential consequences. This should be a fireable offense.

The more skilled you are at a given task, the less useful you’re likely to find LLMs for said task. It’s not that every LLM detractor has never used a LLM before, it’s more likely you’re just bad enough that the LLM seems good in comparison.
