The City and CDA have been working for years to bring new housing into this neighborhood. It's part of our effort to make sure that people in our community have the choices that they need to live in the neighborhoods that they want to live in and in the type of housing that they want to live in,

We aren’t stopping our efforts to combat climate change. I will never stop fighting for real, sustainable solutions that keep our community safe and protect our environment.

Everyone in Madison should be able to live in the type of home and neighborhood that makes the most sense for their family.

It’s so important that we as a community come together and support access to our libraries and make sure that they can fulfill their mission to provide good information to everyone who needs it.

50 years ago Madison received its first Community Development Block Grant funds from the federal government, which City leaders supplemented. After an initial investment of ~ $300K to support 15 non-profits in 1975, that City support has grown to ~ $11 million to support 60 agencies today.
