I know, I know, Trump's not a nice guy, and true blue Democrats are running around throwing up. And I thought " WTF" as he created all this ridiculous stuff about the canal, and Greenland! But then I started thinking instead of reacting, and I was forced to consider the existing world order.

I totally agree that the economic measurements are based upon a post World War Two that left America with the greatest marketplace for goods and the only industrial machine. We burped and the world froze. Now, the world notices, shrugs their collective shoulders, and continue on.

America wanted to be great again so we ended up Trump. Germany wanted to be great again and they ended up with Hitler. I do see a parallel. Both societies had delusional aspirations, and made bad decisions.

What are the parallels: 1924 Germany and 2024 United States ? Trump is not the cause of our turmoil , he is the result. Hitler was not the cause of Germany's turmoil, but the result. Germany had been a superpower and could not accept less. Our slogan, " Make America Great Again"

Any democracy that is focused on money is a system that opiates it's people with voting, and functions as ,at best, an oligarchy and at worst a dictatorship. Meanwhile the people walk around high on the belief that they are important.
