Poors never should have been able to afford eggs to begin with? Seriously, buying last year's phone would have been an option without Trump's tariff hyperinflation. And because high iphone 16 prices are driving demand for older phones, you will pay more for those now. This is not a silver lining

In '70s not a single law to curtail nuclear power passed. Public support was continuously in the majority. Price shocks limited the cash flow and profit margins of utilities, cutting access to the capital to build nuclear plants. The industry hides this economic reality and blames fear mongering.

This amendment on SB5041 (Unemployment insurance for striking workers) was passed via voice vote instead of a roll call vote. It is cowardly to vote against workers without having to go on record for it. Workers have a right to know which elected officials betrayed them.
