I walked into my living room shortly after 6am this am and through my patio door I saw the faintest hint (just a tiny tiny tiny bit) of sunlight peering on the horizon… and honestly that’s exactly what I needed to survive today.

A friend’s sister is an MPP in the Ottawa area, and I asked my friend if her sister could get Tkachuk removed from the Sens and send him back to ‘merica. But apparently MPPs have no say in the team lineup in the nhl. Sigh.

I’m only reminding yall because I need to remind myself daily.. But with all of THIS *waves hands wildly in air* going on… make sure you are feeding yourself well. Eat some good, somewhat healthy food… it won’t solve (close to) everything but it’s still important to do.
