With Feb 15 (astro deadline) rapidly approaching, here’s a 🧵 of tips and guidelines for folks navigating postdoc offer decisions: 1/5

Looking for input on undergraduate paper authorship in astro: I am writing a paper with an undergrad (just the two of us). They’ve performed the full analysis (with significant help and guidance), but I expect final written version of the paper will be mostly my words.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected for the @forbes.com 30 Under 30 list in Science! I’m honored to be part of this amazing cohort of young scientists. www.forbes.com/30-under-30/...

To accompany all those BlueSky science/academia #starterpacks, let’s share introductions to the literature of our fields Gravitational-wave papers (created with observablehq.com/@guillaume-l...) When the intro starts "We have opened a new window" you know you can skip a couple of paragraphs

I am hiring a postdoc to work with me on gravitational wave astrophysics at Princeton next year! Two more weeks until the deadline to apply: puwebp.princeton.edu/AcadHire/app... 🔭

Here's the beginning of starter pack for people and groups working on the theory, detection, or analysis of gravitational waves, or whose work is closely related to the field of gravitational waves. Please let me know who I've missed and I'll add them. go.bsky.app/HrAJX35
