More information on the new edition of the 'Transformative soil science' course will come soon....in the meanwhile enjoy the read on the past edition by Dienke Stomph and Kate Foster. Also SBL was active in the organization of this truly transformative experience....

Nice article on 'Transformative soil science' course hold in November 2024 by WIMEK and led by PhD Wietse Wiersma (SOC), was published on 'The jester', written by Dienke Stomph (cultural geography) & Kate Foster (environmental artist). There will be another edition of the course, info will follow!

Very interesting presentation this week from our guest Katherine Shek from the University of New Hampshire (USA) on 'Microbial community structure and function in soils under various land use and climate contexts'. Katherine closely works with our colleague Luciana Chavez Rodriguez.

We continue to build the Plant Microbiome Starter Pack. Please let us know if you or others are missing! go.bsky.app/QG4wCyf
