DF går all in på "hvad skal det nytte", mener tilsyneladende det er til Ukraines fordel at forhandle med Rusland med ryggen mod muren og glemmer at støtten til Ukraine medregnes som forsvarsudgifter, der ikke bare kan bruges til velfærd.

The effect of ATACMS will come down to area, quantity and type. If it is just the cluster munitions variant in the area around Kursk, I think it's a mistake to interpret it as a significant policy change for Ukraine. In that case it is rather a limited response to the North Koreans.
