UK inflation rate as measured by CPI rose to 3%. RPI hits 3.6%. Price of food, energy, water, rents, internet, phones rising at higher rate, hitting the less well-off the hardest. Govts can control inflation - end corporate profiteering, but they hit people. Need people-centred policies.
