Nearly every campaign I’ve ever ran has been right after the collapse of a corrupt empire. I also focus a lot on how those in power can’t be trusted. And how ACAB includes wizards.

I started therapy a few months ago, and it’s been very helpful to me. But I’ve doing mostly biweekly, and my trend has been that I feel terrible/something happens on my off week, but then by the time therapy comes around the following week I feel more or less ok and feel like I have nothing to say.

Okay, update time. I got a job. Actually got it. Not what I want to be doing, but it'll pay the bills. ...in 2-3 weeks. So I've got to ask one more time (and hopefully the last time) for big help. My rent is due Tuesday and both my internet and phone are about to get cut off. I need about $1000.

@drivethrurpg.com and @roll20.net’s decision to delist Rebel Scum is nothing by cowardly bootlicking. They’d rather cling to some fascist chuds’ money than take any sort of moral stand. I have a huge library of games I’ve bought from them over many years, but I can’t imagine giving them any more $$$

I think a lot about January 6th; I was working in the warehouse at the time, and I remember reading shit like, "the senate has been evacuated"and feeling weird that we were like packing screws while the government was falling.

One time I ran Mork Borg for some buds (@jpcoovert.bsky.social, @mapcrow.bsky.social, @jraineyesq.bsky.social, and @chrishammond.bsky.social) and 2 or 3 of them started with d4 monkeys and this would’ve been very helpful.
