Now that I've finished South of Midnight, I can say it didn't go as dark as I was projecting it to. But that's probably because the first big hurt we solved was the biggest gut-punch to me, so I was expecting almost all of them to go that way. 😭

can i say the most boomer complaint I have in my life? more people around me are wearing headphones constantly and I *hate* it. Headphones are the universal "don't talk to me" sign. so how am I supposed to feel when my friend wears them when we're hanging out? my roomie when we're sharing space?
