I just don't think the Jiraiya/Kabuki thing in Dancing Green's design works very well... it's something that gets lost on most of the Western audience and unfortunately just comes across very awkward since he goes from being naturally dark skinned to being pure white. --

not for my WoL but many nomadic elezen tribes exist in Ilsabard and east Othard, and their ways are that of the original elezen. they have sadly been heavily persecuted by Garleans and that's also why there's so many elezen Garlean conscripts
