Sorry should credit Digital Preservation Coalition here @williamkilbride.bsky.social is there a group bluesky account?

Attending a lecture on digital archives. Does anyone still write private diaries? How would you write differently in your private diary you (an MP, say) intended to publish and a public blog post?

Someone in or near my office building appears to have disturbed a swarm of bees or wasps. Just staying indoors for now and, um, sorry about that.

Chronic illness friends in work: my sickness trigger meetings are carried out with sensitivity and support. But as the only masked person on packed public transport today, I thought about the pressure to prove we're doing everything we can to avoid getting ill. What is everybody else doing?

Sitting on top of a bus and actual laughing out loud reading 'Undoctored' by Adam Kay @amateuradam.bsky.social (at the funny bits, not the sad/ moving bits). Can't remember the last time I reacted to a book like this.

Trying to learn something where the alto part is in the treble -8 clef. My physiological reaction to the notes is all wrong. But if Mr S, a tenor, were himself he'd have the tiniest violin .. they have to switch to the bass clef a lot. Especially at Christmas.

Like lots of us I'm trying to reduce packaging and got various beauty bars for Christmas. After 4 months I would say they are OK until they get a bit small. The deodorant is very effective, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, fine. Not as easy or pleasurable to use as stuff out of bottles.
