Look this is easy to solve. We build a consensus coalition that includes AOC, Mitt Romney, Tankies, and Wine Moms. Then something Constitution. We get Gal Gadot to sing “Give Peace a Chance” with the guy in Ramy. We all get off social media and put $1 trillion into mutual aid. Erasing this.

Until Trump stops breaking the law and Musk is removed from government--at the bare minimum--no Democrat should vote for a single goddamn thing.

Serena Williams was on the field longer today than Harrison Butker.

If you are currently using Shopify to sell products, you should be aware that at this moment Kanye West is using them to sell white t-shirts with Swastikas on them. And nothing else. Shopify has told its support staff to say “no comment” if anyone asks about it. thelogic.co/news/exclusi...

If you're using substack and linking to it, everyone else hears it as you going "hey guys check out this cool Nazi bar I hang out in" It turns out telling people you hang out in a Nazi bar is not a very effective way of advertising yourself.

The man screaming “traitor” over and over has the hating energy this country needs ❤️

THE SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW IS UNION MADE! Shout out to Kendrick Lamar, and all the performers and behind the scenes workers that made this go off without a hitch!

Most people do have relatively fond feelings about Philadelphia and I really think it just comes down to being an American city with a sense of personality instead of it being a series of Applebees restaurants

thank you to Kendrick and the Eagles for making terrible people angry tonight

This is officially the Haters' Superbowl not just because of Kendrick but because the good people of Philadelphia are known for being haters. The haters prevailed tonight. Long live haters.

Meta illegaly downloaded 80+ terabytes of books from LibGen, Anna's Archive, and Z-library to train their AI models. In 2010, Aaron Swartz downloaded only 70 GBs of articles from JSTOR (0.0875% of Meta). Faced $1 million in fine and 35 years in jail. Took his own life in 2013.

I waited until the lights came up to be sure but I’m sad to say that “A Complete Unknown” did NOT feature a post-credits scene teasing the next film in the Traveling Wilburys Cinematic Universe

I hadn’t thought through the parallels of Elon buying a maxed-out video game character and ruining it in a couple days because he had no idea how to play the game and…all this.

People who cancel Amazon are losing their libraries of books because they don't realize they NEVER actually OWNED the books they bought from Amazon. Could cases like this become part of a class-action lawsuit? People think buy means own but it doesn't, it means license. The buy button is a misnomer.

You may not be on this list, but he’s coming for you next.

Happy Black History Month! My favorite part of cartography is exploring new places and ways of seeing through maps and one of my new favorites is the Radical Atlas of Ferguson, USA by Patty Heyda. It's a detailed infographic biography of a city. It's one of the best cases for geography I've seen.
