So yes this year was the 30th anniversary of @conpulsion.bsky.social (under that name). I didn't spend a huge amount of time there this year. But I ran my game a couple of times and saw a bunch of old friends... Which I guess is the nature of things when you remember the first one... The old part.

There is nothing I can do about what's going on in the US. Accepting there's nothing I can do about it is helping me keep my mental state OK. Right now the best I can do is work to help Scotland stays OK. If the UK can be included that would be nice.

One thing I love about Atomfall? It's got a fully mapped Left Handed player keyboard layout. Except... I am weird. Because it flips the mouse buttons, and I don't. I left click with the left mouse button when I have my mouse in my left hand (using my middle finger). But it's still cool.

Apparently taxing wealth is hard and therefore we shouldn't do it. In January I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I had a choice, the easy option would be to go on drugs to manage it for the rest of my life. The hard option, change my lifestyle, lose weight and maybe get it into remission.
