I literally only have Facebook to talk to a handful of people (messenger) but it just so happens those people are very important and it doesn't seem I can contact them any other way 😔

Other than that remember that the system works for you and you don't work for the system. You should not force yourself to journal when you don't feel like it.

Setting a consistent time for journalling, probably before bed or some other convenient time. Having some sort of pre ritual thing, sitting in a specific spot, maybe preparing some drink, anything to get your mind in it.
