I don't know if its because the air is so dry or what but my hands are getting absolutely shredded between lifting weights and doing aerials. Maybe because I don't get as long of a break between as I used to. Really sucks because they hurt all the time.

Big family of deer crossing the street right as a turned the corner. I stopped to let them all get across, but when the one deer in the road looked at me and started backing up, I almost put up my hand to wave her across, like she would know what the hell I was even doing lol
