There was just a crash between a jetliner and a helicopter at Reagan international. Did the ATC have enough ATC staff? I asked this question because we just saw the Republican administration freeze funds, and tell DEI staff they were to immediately go on paid leave across the federal government.

Would it be prudent for Congress to create a new law that says an executive order requires Congressional approval before it can go into effect? That way we can stop playing this game of needing to create a lawsuit for every single executive order that gets signed.
