you are so unbelievably loved. even if you don’t love yourself, please be kind and patient with yourself. take care of yourself even thought it’s hard. you will be okay. things will get easier. in the mean time, it’s all we can do to practice self care and treat ourselves with love.

hey! don't forget to take some time for yourself. productivity is great, but so is treating your body and your mind right. an hour, five minutes, a day. anything helps. it's important to take breaks and relieve stress.
