Watched the annual Christmas movie. Elf with Will Ferrell. Great movie. Major plot hole though. Santa accidentally kidnapped Buddy. Then revealed his dad is on the naughty list. This means Santa knew his parents, yet decided to keep him. This is when it becomes an actual kidnapping and a crime.
