As we decend into the next 4 years of dumbassery (and let's face it, the next decade plus to undo everything the tangerine dictator will do) let's reclaim "Thanks Obama" as "Thanks Trump" Let's post receipts of gas, groceries, medical bills, lost wages, etc with "Thanks Trump".

#ResistanceRoots #Voices4Victory What caused the Great Depression? Most people would say the stock market crash of 1929. That was probably the No. 1 factor, but the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act of 1930 made it worse. The act raised tariffs on over 20,000 imported goods by almost 60%. /1

Because it came up in a conversation on Discord about Crusader Kings 3. Enjoy this *chef kiss* meme

There was a post I saw earlier referencing the fact there were at least 800,000 people who spoke Irish only in Ireland in the 16th century. Can't remember what feed I saw it on and I've scrolled for ages. If you come across it can you link it here or tag me in it? #irish #gaeilge
