After a Cannon of Rage? They're guaranteed within the Vaults of emergent Skeleton Forts, the Fort of Fortune and the Fort of the Damned, and have a chance of appearing in Sea Forts or washed up on beaches. Raid Voyages won’t award them, so keep your eyes open for those events!
