The Infamous Solid Jimmy got Old and started a family and evolved to Viking Dad and then an Old Man who yells at hockey games. Tabletop player, amateur historian, hockey guy, wrestling nut, and hopefully a good dude Follow me for random nonsense

The Man was Games Workshop in the 90s and then Warlord Games after that. He was Fat Bloke, but he was larger than life. Thank you Paul for everything, you will be missed.

Haven't posted in a while but here we go. My Grandma passed away on the 5th, and I've been in and out of grieving for her. We buried her on Monday the 21st and the out pouring of love was great. Last night in Beer League, I scored back to back goals on back to back shifts. I know my Gram helped

My Gram passed away today, she was the Matriarch of the family, and she will be missed. Here is my eulogy to her. Miss you, Gram, thanks for teaching me how to draw and drive.

It's a Solid Snake kind of workday for me I guess...

Had some more big battle Warhammer 40k at the library again. Classes are up to 3 newbies with myself and Jon teaching. Below is Part 2 of the last stand of Raczak's Roughneck. Cult horde slams into the Catachans holding the line. Help arrives in the form of some Sororitas and Space Marines.

And another great commission by my friend @mookiebean.bsky.social thanks again dude! If your interested he has several webcomics and is running a holiday sale til the 20th so check it out.

Dumb question time, who is worst? Jenny from Forrest Gump Rose from Titanic Or Grandpa Joe from Willy Wonka. Discuss

Raised money, scored a goal and won a ship, great day with over 28k raised for the #Moustacheclassichockey tournament. It was a great day and a great day for charity.

Thank you @handle.invalid I'm going to enjoy this.

#oldhammer40k today with my friend Jon, we played 3rd Ed Catachans/Sisters of Battle/Daemon Hunters vs Khorne Mutants, Daemons, Bezerkers and Traitors. Some hilarious moments and some great toy soldier fun.

It's #oldhammer day today. A simple 1500 point game is now going to be a 3000 point game because Jon and I are gluttons for punishment.

It's my birthday today. So this is forty. I woke up and completed a brutal workout called the Sandown (it's in the pictures) The short is this 20 sets 800 reps 15600 lbs (19800lbs with both arms) Let's go.

And Priss as a Sister of Battle

Been drawing again and here is an OC that's been living in my head rent free. Say hello to Priss Accomazzi, either in her modern day form, or various star trek versions

Good morning, everyone. A little win to start my day, quick workout with thepump.app followed by a 25 minute bike ride. I know it's been rough, but people are here to make you smile somehow. Be safe

Getting ready for some #oldhammer next week with the best friend because we realized we are crazy and still had the books. 3rd is on the Deck with Eye of Terror's the Lost and the Damned taking my lovable Codex Catachans. 1500 points of Madness with a surprise 500 made by the other. Let's go

Happy birthday Goji Here is screen caps of me showing baby twins years ago, my walking Godzilla, they were none too thrilled. My cousin and his wife who sold it to me were highly amused.

Yowie Wowie Happy Halloween The Fiend

Me, don't fall into a Star Trek hold. Me a bit later, the Akira class was made for the 1996 movie Star Trek First Contact and the Television show Deep Space Nine, it was part of a radical redesign from Next Generation to the current era of Star Trek

A live look at me chasing a puck down for a break away last night

Back home at the Hartford Wolf Pack great night with the Twins and tiny wife.

More of those figures

Warhammer figures entered as well, they entered them as one "because I would go against myself" and relieved a first place ribbon.

Some art I entered in a local fair about a month back, Bray Wyatt and the anime style got me two 3rds the hockey player and Alexis Bliss ribboned as 4th

The book on the left was a surprise find at Walden Books in 2006, and I started a 18 year journey to the book on the right. From 63-19 to the shattered landscape of Terra and everywhere in between its been on hell of a ride.

Royal Rumble Ride. Didn't watch the men's match last night so I rode the bike through it with a little encouragement for the little boys.

Rooooooooast

Been a long week, Tiny wife finally caught Covid, and it was just me managing the situation while managing the boys. It was tough, grueling, and almost shattering. But I broke through my doubts and like the Salmander Space Marines say, I Endured.

Last night, and the reason for Lunch-Hammer, Jonathan Meickle and I introduced 4 new people to the world of tabletop wargaming with a intro to Warhammer 40,000 at the New Britain Public Library. Next class will be in December but the vibes were good and the class wants to learn more so off we go.

More Lunch-Hammer. Ordo Draconis edition

Next set I've always painted "combat" ready as I felt I was never good at regular highlighting and overthinking. Plus, grimy dirty models fit my theme of 40k. Anywho Dark Angels finished yesterday and started on the next five of the back log.

Lunch-Hammer photo dump. Wasting my lunch breaks with mini painting. First up Dark Angels Intercessors

Feeling like a whole bunch of familiar new faces will be here in the near future.
