Had riced cauliflower, sausage, and corn for dinner tonight, it was filling without making me feel huge and super yummy :3 I super recommend the riced cauliflower as a sub for rice, it’s super low cal and high in fiber :3 Total:361

I’m making a list for myself of all the allowed things during fasting -eggs -protein drinks/bars -yogurt -coffee -fruit -tuna packs under 100 -salad (no dressing) This is basically all I eat anyway but I wanted to put it somewhere so I could reference it :3

I messed up a bit yesterday but I’m trying to get back to it, I’m working out today so that should help :3

Imma have a egg for my pre workout meal and I think dinner I’ll try to skip but if not I’ll have a half cup of rice and another eggy :3

I’m having egg bites (300) and a matcha latte (300-400) as my omad and as my last indulgent meal of my period since it’s more or less over :3 I’m slowing getting back into my honeymoon phase which LOVEEEEEEEE that for me
