Everyone needs to watch this speech from @govpritzker.illinois.gov warning about the speed at which a constitutional republic can collapse (Nazi Germany). Ours could too, so act! Yet very little press coverage. Where are you @nytimes.com, @cnn.com @washingtonpost.com, etc? @nbcnews.com did cover.

We all need to encourage the uninformed in our lives to at least follow news headlines from sources such as AP or PBS. Both send news roundups by email at no cost. It’s not partisan to point out, especially to younger people, that what is happening now will vastly affect the country they inherit.

MoveOn’s protest at the Treasury was great but too spontaneous to make an optimal impression. I hope some organization sets up a massive event with enough advance notice, as I am itching to hit the streets and scream and yell about this destruction of our country.
