you are so unbelievably loved. even if you don’t love yourself, please be kind and patient with yourself. take care of yourself even thought it’s hard. you will be okay. things will get easier. in the mean time, it’s all we can do to practice self care and treat ourselves with love.

Seriously, creative folks: Don't be afraid to let people know your stuff is out there for them, or worry that "now is not the time for that." People are stressed and freaked out and looking for the things that will give them a moment of rest and joy. It is EXACTLY the time for what we do. Tell them.

not sure if some people understand that part of what makes creating so rewarding is the fact that it *is* hard. It doesn’t matter if you’re been painting or writing for 80 years— every piece will have problems that need solving, and few things feel better than figuring it out.
