Looking through some of my Christmas boudoir portraits deciding what to post on here. πŸ˜‚ 🌲 #photography #boudoir

Reminiscing today about when Niantic first released #ingress when they were part of Google. I did a fun promo shoot for the product. Of course that has all grown into the PokΓ©mon GO franchise, but my heart is still with the initial Ingress.

Apparently my photography trips systems used to detect AI images. This is straight out of my Sony A7r4 and ranked at 98% probable as an AI image. πŸ˜‚ #photography

I love working with Aerial Yoga & Lyra practitioners, as there is always the ability to tell a unique story that is difficult to otherwise arrange. However, I always need to edit out the hanging mechanism, and then I think it takes on a more magical nature. #photography #art #lyrahoop

Easily my most stolen image! Tracking over 1,200 uses from avatars to wallpapers, and I love people enjoying it on their personal devices. But, I also made made $70k the past 5 years suing those selling it. Hint.. haunted houses can't just use it for free :-) Protect your work! #art #copyright

Getting some of my older work up on Bluesky! This bodypaint of Haley from 2018 is almost straight out of the camera. 5 hours total time for the body paint and an hour of photography. 22" gridded dish overhead, 7" gridded reflector (red) pointing up behind the rock + fog #art #photography #bodypaint

It's going to start getting cold here in Wisconsin quite soon. I hope for an easy winter with a bit less cold and much less snow. #photography

I had a chance to play Settlers of Catan on the board I made for my daughter last Christmas. She brought it for Thanksgiving. #lasercutting #boardgames

I guess it's a positive when your art is solid enough all of the AI detectors put the probability of your image being generated at over 90%. πŸ˜‚ Shot with my Sony A7r4 while speaking in St. Louis last April.

Just before AI, I finished this bodypaint and zbrush project. It was a great experience and I learned a ton. Now it's probably not something that stands out from the AI art crowd now, but it has a personal attachment for me. It took about 5 hours to paint her, do the photography, the rest was zbrush

Getting a bit more detailed on some of my coin designs. Heading down the Cthulhu Steampunk road here. 60w Monport MOPA Fiber Laser.

Using a client's photo and augmenting it with AI is amazing for business! This body paint I did on Michaela really pops with this AI background versus the simple textures I would normally have used in the past. Really loving this use of AI to augment, not replace my photography. #aiart #bodypaint

Sometimes lighting doesn't fall into the "acceptable" standard positions like loop, paramount, split, etc. and it's rare to find these working well. This piece won some nice awards in Texas last year at their state Professional Photographers Association image competition where they had an AI section

Playing with freakin' lasers this weekend. #lasercutting

Messing with my Monport 60w Fiber Laser, ready to confuse people that find this rock 2,000 years from now. πŸ˜‚ #laser

Heading to Tulsa this weekend to speak at the annual Oklahoma State professional photographers convention. Wish me luck! #photography
