Today is World #Cancer Day. Book a colonoscopy. Do a breast self-exam. Do a testicular self-exam or book a screening appt for cervical cancer. Get that weird mole looked at. Ask your doc about that niggling pain. Do something to help ensure that what happened to me doesn't happen to you.
