Daily check-in! Try not hating yourself for all the things which didn't get done. You needed to do what you did, especially the self-care! Resting, even if not sleeping or relaxing, just 'doing nothing', is sometimes exactly what you required. Get back to the grind only after taking care of yourself

A reminder to practice a little self-care today and recharge your battery.

No matter what people demand of you, make sure you are taking care of yourself FIRST. You cannot be of use to others if your head isn't okay first. Do not let them shame you. Self-care is not selfish.
