A little reminder for you if you need it. 💜

Pls remember to stay hydrated today and take your vitamins ✨🥰

A little thing to get you through the tough moments.

HUMAN ARTISTS, use only one piece to convince people to follow you 🌱 { #ArtShare }

Please be kind to yourself. 🐟💡💜 #encouragement

One of my favorite #bird visitors. They're just so cute! I would say one of the biggest things I've done for my mental health in the last 6 months is this set up right by the window where I work. Always makes me so happy to see the cuties. #woodpecker

i hope the universe shows you how you can be loved into growth instead of having to be broken into it… because you've already learned so much of how strong you've grown through darkness… but i think you're made of flowers; how you bloom when there's light on your skin

In honor of #NationalPokémonDay I will share 13-year-old me's favorite Pokémon. It was Jigglypuff! #art

A nationwide economic blackout is set for tomorrow as a protest against the removal of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs as well as corporate greed. It's a great way to show up, especially for those of us that might not be able to attend in person protests. Art via Brutal Doodles on FB

For anyone with #anxiety or #OCD did you find that wearing a Fitbit made you more anxious or triggered checking behaviors? I got one last month and it did not make my brain happy.

Your friendly reminder to hydrate today!

I've been playing the demo for Soggy Beans by @ratmode.games and I am obsessed with it. You let it play in the background and occasionally check on your fish and feed them. It's SO cute and cozy.

I only finished two books this month but I'm calling it a win because I can't remember the last time I did! When She Returned was 10/10 just because I had to stay up to find out what happened. To Love And To Loathe was 6/10. I liked it but I didn't love it and there was something missing for me.

Feeling things today. This sums up a lot of it.

Went to the dentist this morning for my cleaning. Of course all of the anxiety built up for nothing (per usual) but I made it through and overall my anxiety stayed fairly low (win!). Here's some #encouragement for both of us!

A little encouragement for anyone who's struggling with #depression or #anxiety. Give yourself a little pep talk and celebrate the little wins.

Know this isn't the most youthful of platforms, but do think there's a good spread of ages on here. There's everything from 30 year olds talking about insomnia and backpain, to people in their 60s and 70s talking about insomnia and backpain

Apps are communities… we share our loves, hopes, fears, and dreams… When you lose a community that is a real loss It’s okay to mourn those losses

I would add to this: Read a book that you loved a decade ago. Play a video game that has a fantastical world and lore to get lost in. Binge watch the anime or cartoon that your teenage self was obsessed with. Create art. Find those pockets of safety and sunshine and revisit them.

A little self-care reminder. How many things have you done today? I'm at.... zero. Kinda been a bit of a bleh day but I'm working on turning it around!

One of my readers shared this image of my book. It made me feel all of the things. My experience as a traditionally published #author was pretty stressful and honestly shit - but seeing this makes it worth it, reminds me that my words are important, and helps me reclaim my love of my work.

I'll be watching the newest episodes of Love Scout and Motel California and trying very hard to manage the anxiety around my dentist appointment on Monday. 😬

One foot in front of the other.

What are everyone's favorite people or accounts to follow? I love artsy things, book things, colorfulness, mental health, and self-care (of course!)

01.16.25 What does self-love look like in your life? Activity: Take a self-care bath or shower, focusing on nurturing your body. Why? Engaging in self-care nurtures self-love and relaxation #journal #selfgrowth #growthmindset #Sparklesoak #mentalhealth

Thank you for hanging out with me here! 🩵

Even on the messy, un-showered, “meh” days, you are still wonderful. Just saying, in case you forgot. 🌈Self-Care: Say (or think) one kind thing about yourself today.
