tiktok videos can be 10 minutes long yet, if a video on tiktok is more than one minute i'll clock out. I have no problem watching 10 minutes long youtube videos, or hour long movies. But tiktok is built on fast paced content. My attention span does not exist when i'm watching videos on that app

My biggest problem with twitter, bluesky and, similar platforms is the repost filling up my feed. Some people over use the button and I end up missing content from other I follow. Pin the postonly feed if you feel the same.

Tech Ladies Facebook group is shutting down. This might not seem like a big deal many will say it's only a Facebook group. Over the last year or so we've lost Women who code, Girls in Tech, and other big organizations because loss in funding. We are losing resources, opportunities for women.

Recently I learned what an eM dash is I normally use parentheses for the same purpose —it's more aesthetically pleasing to me—. People say this is a way to spot AI. Which is silly. Like the spark emoji and oxford comma—something I do use—I will be doing work to reclaim the eM dash ✨
