I have to acknowledge, I didn’t expect this admin to come this close to ADMITTING they were Fascists

one of the many things Trump has destroyed, is PERSPECTIVE a moderate Republican who doesn't really like Trump told me on Twitter yesterday that he doesn't think he could support #ChrisChristie "bc of the whole bridge thing" if Trump did EXACTLY THAT, would it even be the biggest story of the DAY?

This really isn’t that far fetched a headline

The reason Republicans stick to their strategy of 1) spend like drunken sailors when YOU have power 2) complain about spending when THEY have power, is bc it's incredibly effective. THIS guy got elected again, because inflation kicked in during the NEXT admin

Scott Pelley—American author and reporter for CBS News for more than 31 years, did not hold back

Is there any better sensation these days than discovering that a series people have been talking about for a long time really is that good? I’ll be binging #HandmaidsTale for the foreseeable future. Few shows are this good this fast So far though, seems like a dramatization of Project 2025.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but this is the saddest I’ve ever felt on #MemorialDay weekend. It’s one thing to make the ultimate sacrifice, it’s many times worse to watch the principles they died for get demolished. Especially by a guy who faked a foot injury when the country needed him 😢🇺🇸

Sadly we are on this path. And I’m not sure we can get get off of it. Many of Trump’s actions have made it highly likely we will see terrorist attacks in this country; perhaps not as significant as 9/11, but more frequent.

I assume #FoxNews has been covering this outrage nonstop?

When a story that so obviously be the biggest scandal in a Dem presidential administration, is a non-story for a Republican We can stop asking how the Dems managed to LOSE and start asking “how do they ever WIN?”

There is nothing that more obviously has some lag from govt action than inflation. Trump won because TRUMP caused inflation With a little help from a media driven by ratings that come from a lunatic leader, and a desire to score points with the transactional candidate who’ll approve their merger

Watching the same clowns that still pretend we didn’t watch Trump attempt a violent coup on national tv take a victory lap after the #OriginalSin revelations is like watching a baseball player round the bases for not striking out

Nailed it! I’m not thanking Trump for having ChatGPT write a generic statement rather than acting like a child for once

Will not be the first time Trump will get his own supporters killed (see #COVID19pandemic)

When comparing Trump to various dictators, which we absolutely should, Putin is an interesting one. Trump has obvious personal connections to him. BUT, what Trump does not have that Putin did, was the intelligence, and the TIME.
