@jcdemund.bsky.social I've used 2 different ways to enclose the points. This was the best for just starting out because you don't have to guess where the previous fabric strip ended and it's easier to make sure the point is inside the seam allowance.

Started my day taking the tire off my car to try and plug a nail hole. I couldn't get the plug in, and I restrained my back in the process. My daughter drove me to the local repair shop where they got the plug in and aired up the tire (no charge!). Maybe tomorrow I can get back to sewing?
