It's sad that it took these circumstances to get this in motion but I suppose that's how the game works. The voices of the elders are minimized, the conflict of the past rewritten & eventually people stop being vigilant, giving selfish, greedy people a chance to strike. Let's change the game.

This is something to ponder. Is how we feel about seeing someone in a MAGA hat anything close to what people felt when they saw a swastika...early on I mean? I'm not in a bad spot. I'm a vocal lefty resister but a white middle aged woman. But I have LGBTQ+ & minority friends who are scared RN.🤔

Mutual aid is where it's at. I help anyone I can and in 2 years of homelessness mutual aid has done more to keep us alive, warm, fed and sane than every agency combined. Without mutual aid my family would not have survived these times!

Money doesn't make life easier. I've made a decent wage & it solved nothing. I have friends with money, family friends with lots of money...they still have times in life when everything is chaos & they are miserable & confused & sad. Never trade happiness for money because you can't buy it back.
