This is a sad day for we Balan Wonderworld enjoyers... All five of us. (although if you ask me this particular game is best played with a keyboard and mouse anyway)

And now crossover licensing deals for CrossWorlds are out!? With all the Sonic leaks recently, I'm honestly starting to doubt Sega's competence even more than I already am. They should really be more picky about who they give beta access to.

Goodness gracious, BlueSky's video compression is awful. The song sounds... fine. Maybe it'll grow on me in game, but I am tempted to start swapping audio the second a mod loader is made for the game. Speed-wise, it looks fast enough. Might be nice if it was a smidge faster but I can live with it.

I can't believe they just shadowdropped a Sonic mobile game that also has new models for a bunch of characters. That HAD to be an accident. I don't play mobile games, so the only Sonic Blitz thing I care about is seeing the models getting ripped.

Started Final Fantasy 10 on the Vita today. They definitely nail that out of place feeling. Factions and new terminology are thrown around like you're expected to know it but, well, you can't on a first playthrough. I can respect that. Also, it has Legends Arceus combat but, like, actually good.

Crossworlds Jet sounds so off. He sounds too nerdy, and not squawky enough. Hopefully the actual dialogue makes up for it.

The Wizardry remake finally went on sale and I've been enjoying it so far! Just wish they added a persistent automap in the remake. I'd rather not have to alt-tab into LibreOffice Calc. At the very least, do the Etrian Odyssey thing where you draw your own map inside of the software.

So I just beat Persona 4 Golden. Far from the best RPG I've ever played (Nocturne's still my GOAT) and its length is exhausting, but it's way better than I expected it would be. I give it 7.5 TV tuners out of 10. Maybe 8 if I'm feeling generous. Has the best main menu music, too.

Hoping to try and beat Persona 4 Golden this week. P4G has a weird reverse difficulty curve where (on Risky at least) it starts off brutal but becomes much easier over time. My opinions regarding the story have also changed a lot now that I'm further into it, mostly negatively.

Picked up a PlayStation Vita today so that my PSP has a friend. Had to change the DNS for CFW I checked the model and it's an OLED, and it also came with a memory card. I haven't got any games for it though. Had to change the DNS to install CFW (Sky is a rubbish ISP), but so far it's pretty good.
