We tend to think of #SouthDakota as this idyllic representation of the perfect midwestern lifestyle. Every day I see the other side. Addiction. Abuse. Self-Harm. Broken homes. I just had a client overdose and it took FIVE Narcan to revive him. He doesn't want to use, or die. He just can't stop.
