Oh for crying out loud, Please just tell me WHY you needed a phone so badly that it stripped your ability to think! You cant use it, bc the moment you turn it on it's erased. It has a passcode, fingerprint id +face id. It was reported stolen to the manufacturer & carrier, Plus it's carrier locked.
