My biggest flaw is the fear of judgement. I faced it the other day during yoga. Instead of packing up when my friend walked in, I kept going. He didn’t judge me, but even if he had, I realized I’d still do it anyway. Fear doesn’t control me—I’m learning to embrace discomfort and grow through it. 💪✨

There's a beautiful crystal clear lake called Ellis Pond up in Maine between Andover and Roxbury that I visited earlier this year. I hope to return here in the summer to do some freediving 🫧 Would also be fun to swim over to French Island (which you can see in the center in the distance) 😊

Sleeping turtles can remain underwater for several hours. In cold water during winter, when they are almost hibernating, they can hold their breath for up to 7 hours. Just incredible animals. ❤️
