So I like food fixations. I like having a food I keep returning to because it's so good. I went out last night and my usual 'night out' food wasn't there, so I tried something new. I have a new food fixation: Coconut curry. Now I have to find someone that sells it.

The thing that makes having AuDHD particularly hard is the conflict between symptoms. I'll need to do something, and feel I *must* do it (autism) but my motivation will be shot to pieces (ADHD), so I can't do it. There's such a tug of war at play, it drives me nuts. #audhd #autism #adhd

You know what's nice? Having a psychiatrist that I can explain my issues to, and he responds with: " That's your autism speaking." Validation. THANK you. This wasn't common even 5 years ago; psychiatrists were all about only mental illness. Now neurodivergence is on their radar. 🙂 #Neurodivergence
