My doctor’s note says “Major depressive disorder, recurrent moderate” & my employer of 25 years says I need to take 90 days off to get well. Thought I’d keep track of each day. Day 1 Shaved. Went for a walk. Dug my half-finished Millennium Falcon model out and spent an hour tinkering. Not bad
