As a kid, the Cuban missile crisis resulted in nightmares about Russian invasions. Our Air Force neighbors had cars packed with supplies. I was told they were waiting for word to cross the border into Mexico. We didn't have a car packed with supplies. I'm beginning to think it was a premonition.
