Today was fun. Took my son to the movies.🎥🍿 We saw “Paddington in Peru.” Cute movie. We both enjoyed it. Took a cab🚕 to the movie theater in Giv’atayim. We walked back home to Tel Aviv after the movie, a pleasant 25 minute walk. It was a nice sunny day.☀️😎 My son after the movie:

I truly despise Trump and I truly despise Netanyahu. Both countries of which I’m a citizen and in which I’ve lived (half of my 56 years in each, at different times in my life) are going to hell in a handbasket. I wish I had died 8 years ago when my mother died. But my son needs me, so I’m alive.

I honestly wish I had died a few years ago rather than witness the USA descend into dictatorship, dismantle democracy and turn back the clock on civil rights, women’s rights and LGBT rights, on all of the progress that was accomplished from the 1960’s onwards. I’m absolutely heartbroken.
