I needed to hear this voice and these words at this moment. "This chapter will not be written simply by whoever occupies the Oval Office or wealthiest among us. The American story will be written by you, by we the people." Thank you, VP Kamala Harris. #NAACPImageAwards youtu.be/bnmKwxjMKgs?...

Musk’s achievements are impressive, but his growing god complex is dangerous. When leaders see themselves as infallible, they make reckless decisions with wide-reaching consequences. www.noahpinion.blog/p/only-fools...

Book Challenge. Read a book that you are pretty sure you won't agree with and find ideas in it you do agree with. If we are to rebuild, we need to find areas of concensus.

Since starting my journey, I’ve built, adapted, and learned—because passion isn’t just fuel, it’s a strategy. The future of work belongs to those who embrace change, take risks, and create with purpose. #FutureOfWork sherryheyl.substack.com/p/unlocking-...

AI isn't replacing developers—it’s elevating them. Just like calculators didn’t end math, AI coding assistants help engineers write better code, faster. The future isn’t about AI taking jobs, but about humans + AI creating more together. www.nytimes.com/2025/02/20/b...

Looking through an old journal and just read this: “Look for opportunities to do what you love and make money; because the unique and personal talent you are sharing can’t be bought at the corner Walmart. The experiences that your audience receives live on and on as they relive and retell it.”

The only way out of this is through it. That doesn't mean you don't do the work. Just focus on building the future that will exist once, we are through this.

Bias isn't always hate - it's often laziness. Reflecting on why you think the way you do takes work and courage.

For my friends seeing a repeat of Nazi Germany— History offers lessons, but we aren’t in the 1930s. If we only look back in fear, we miss what’s new and the chance to shape what’s next. This is a time to rethink and build. #LearnFromHistory #BuildTheFuture sherryheyl.substack.com/p/the-danger...

The purpose of negative emotions is not to cause misery. It’s to prevent mistakes. Outrage is a signal to speak up. Anxiety is a prompt to prepare. Guilt is a reminder to repair. Disappointment is a cue to persist. Pain reveals principles. Where we hurt is a clue to what we value.

I have come to believe the only way out of this is through it. The people who have been manipulated for the past 30 years aren't going to change until we allow Elon and Project 2025 to do what they are going to do. We will all feel the pain, but perhaps we will come out united on the other side.

The Trump admin is rapidly removing protections that prevent bias in hiring, lending & criminal justice. While AI innovation is crucial, unchecked systems can harm marginalized communities. We need ethical AI policies that protect rights & innovation. #AI www.aclu.org/news/privacy...

Lately, I am more amused by what is going on than scared. I am not sure if that is because I am starting to go mad.

Things are changing fast—AI agents are becoming virtual co-workers, reshaping how we work. We need to prepare our teams, processes, and emotions for this shift. Imagine 1,000 AI agents handling tasks across industries. #FutureOfWork #AI blog.samaltman.com/three-observ...

I’ve never been one for dress codes or fitting neatly into expectations. But the best part of standing out? Finding people who appreciate you for it. Your tribe isn’t about having a massive following—it’s about the right people who get you. amplifiedconcepts.com/2025/02/12/h...

Nothing says "responsible AI leadership" like rewriting the rules to fit your next billion-dollar defense contract. www.bbc.com/news/article...

I was on a road trip the past few days and got to listen to the book The Unwinding. It inspired a new perspective of what is going on, and between that and an ocean view at my hotel, I am feeling a bit more optimistic.

Uncertainty creates leaders. Stay calm, adapt, trust your judgment, and communicate confidence. Don’t wait for perfect clarity—act with conviction. Principles outlast predictions. While others freeze, leaders move. Chaos rewards those who embrace it.

Now, more than ever, it's crucial to focus on developing your personal goals, skills, and talents, instead of what or who others want you to be. This is where your resilience lies, especially when everything feels chaotic.

You don’t build a movement by playing it safe. Challenge the status quo. Trust your team. Create a culture where ownership isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. That’s how real leaders drive change. #LeadBoldly #BuildTheFuture amplifiedconcepts.com/2025/02/04/i...

People who fear stepping out of line often resent those who do.

My 3-step plan for Trump 2.0 1. Stay informed so that I know the landscape I am working in. 2. Focus on what I can control. Affect positive change where I can. Trust that others with more control are doing their part. 3. Have productive conversations as opposed to angry, accusatory debates.

I will not be flying for awhile.

How do we atop singing to the choir and get others to see the chaos that is the U.S. right now. The information they get is catered to their needs and wrapped in patriotism. They are left uniformed about other things. At the same time, how do we make sure we don't live in our own echo chamber?

Change can feel overwhelming, and it's okay to feel uncertain. In moments of transition, small steps can lead to big shifts. Trust yourself, focus on what truly matters to you, and know that growth happens even in uncertainty. #philosophy #changemanagement amplifiedconcepts.com/2025/01/29/f...

AI isn’t just a tool—it’s becoming part of the team. Leadership must shift from control to empowerment, guiding teams through complexity, ethics, and collaboration. The future of work isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions. time.com/charter/7210...

PROP - PR Over Policy. Don't confuse them. He is flooding the zone. He knows that media will cover everything he does. Getting people upset. Which helps give him more coverage of the upset people. All just talking about him. Dems need to be strategic.
